This article provides an extensive analysis of the structure of the agricultural labor market and the problems
of efficient use of resources in this market, using the example of the Kashkadarya region. In the context of rapidly
implemented agrarian reforms in our country, the issues of labor market efficiency and the full utilization of resources
have become especially urgent. In particular, in agrarian regions, some of the most pressing issues include the level
of employment, economic activity, the shortage of official jobs, as well as the incomplete use of available resources
and opportunities. The study thoroughly examines the situation based on statistical data, Presidential decrees and
resolutions, as well as the opinions of domestic and foreign scholars. Statistical analysis, graphical illustrations, and
practical problems at the district level are presented, along with proposed solutions. In addition, a comparative
analysis of foreign experience and local conditions has been carried out.
