Employment policy and the effectiveness of reforms in the agricultural market

Abstract

This article analyses employment policy and the effectiveness of labour market reforms in the agricultural
sector, using the example of the Qashqadaryo region. The study reviews the results of state policies aimed at
improving the labour market, increasing employment, and creating new jobs in agriculture. Regional, gender, and
youth aspects of employment in the Qashqadaryo region are discussed, along with existing challenges and possible solutions. Based on statistical data, the dynamics of key labour market indicators are examined through tables and
graphs. The conclusion provides recommendations for modernising the agricultural labour market and enhancing
its efficiency.
