The socio-economic importance of increasing labor efficiency in enterprises

Abstract

This article analyzes the socio-economic significance of improving labor productivity in enterprises. The
study highlights the effective organization of labor relations, the rational use of human capital, and the creation of
decent working conditions in the context of an innovative economy. An organizational and economic mechanism for
increasing labor productivity has been developed, with its main elements and interrelations identified. Furthermore,
the article justifies the key directions for enhancing efficiency at the enterprise level, including the introduction of innovative technologies, rational resource utilization, effective labor motivation, and the creation of a safe working
environment to achieve economic stability.
