This study examines the role of the e-Stat 3.0 automated information system in the effective management
of statistical reports in small business and private entrepreneurship. Although digital transformation has improved
the processes of data collection and processing, problems remain in terms of economic efficiency, data accuracy, and
user integration into the system. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to assess the impact
of automation on saving time, reducing costs, and increasing data reliability. The results show that digital reporting
reduces the administrative burden, increases the accuracy of statistical data, and makes management processes
more efficient. However, barriers remain in terms of information security, infrastructure, and awareness. The results of
the study provide an important scientific basis for developing the digital economy, improving strategies for digitizing
small businesses, and improving public policy. serves as.
