В данной статье рассматривается формирование и реализация политики занятости, координирующей направления социально-экономического развития регионов страны, направления развития процессов подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров на основе интеграции высшего образования и труда. А также, описаны факторы, препятствующие совершенствованию и развитию управления этими процессами рынка, и пути их устранения.
