Analysis of structural changes in the economic development of the districts of the Surkhandarya region

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of structural differences in the economic development of the
districts of Surkhandarya region based on the calculation of structural change indices. In this case, macroeconomic
indicators characterizing the level of economic development of the regions were selected, and the structural dynamics
of the indicators in relation to the contribution of the GRP were assessed. Structural shift indices were calculated for
each indicator, and based on them, the districts of the region were analyzed by dividing them into groups according
to the level of structural differences
