Abstract

The article presents information on the study of theoretical and methodological foundations for the
development of innovative potential and human capital in a region and the development of development tools. It
also analyzes the relationship between the development of innovative potential in a region and the effective use of human capital in the economy, and presents specific ideas that reflect the logic of the interrelationship of the phe
nomena and processes under study.
