Ways to continuously improve environmental efficiency in local manufacturers based on the “Eco-Kaizen” model

Abstract

This article examines the issues of increasing environmental efficiency in local manufacturers based on
the “Eco-Kaizen” model. The application of the principles of continuous improvement of the Kaizen philosophy to
production processes in integration with the environmental management system is analyzed. The study highlights
the advantages of the “Eco-Kaizen” approach in terms of environmental safety, efficient use of resources, waste
reduction and carbon footprint reduction. It also discusses the possibilities of implementing the model in practice
using the example of local enterprises and the expected results. At the end of the article, recommendations are given
to improve environmental efficiency.
