Theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to the development of innovative and investment activities in agriculture

Abstract

This article provides a scientific analysis of the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and
practical outcomes of developing innovation and investment activities in the agricultural sector. The study highlights
the concept of the innovation economy, the specific features of investment processes, factors for increasing
economic efficiency, digital transformation, and mechanisms for shaping the regional investment environment.
Based on analytical data on the volume, structural composition, and practical effectiveness of investments directed
to agriculture in the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2017–2024, scientific and practical recommendations have been
developed.
