Abstract

The article analyzes the possibilities of using digital technologies in developing the professional
competence of civil servants, the work currently being carried out in this direction, adopted regulatory documents,
the advantages and disadvantages of developed electronic learning platforms for civil servants, statistics of those
who have completed distance learning, the experience of leading foreign countries in the field of distance education,
as well as proposals for further improvement of the platforms.
