Abstract

This article analyzes the key factors influencing inclusive economic growth at the regional level. It highlights
the role of economic (investment, employment, support for small businesses), social (education, healthcare, gender
equality), and institutional (governance, taxation, anti-corruption measures) dimensions. The findings demonstrate
that fostering inclusive growth is essential for strengthening social stability and improving welfare across regions.
