Abstract

this paper aims to develop and substantiate a comprehensive organizational and methodological
framework for implementing Digital Financial Assets (DFAs) in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The proposed framework
seeks to bridge the current gap by providing a systematic, step-by-step pathway from strategic goal-setting to
effective practical execution.
