Abstract

This article provides a scientific analysis of the relationship between the allocation of financial
resources in the education system and the effectiveness of the educational process. The study examines the impact of
the state budget, private investments, grants, and internal financial management mechanisms on education quality,
learning outcomes, and pedagogical effectiveness. The results of the empirical analysis indicate that targeted and
transparent allocation of financial resources improves the quality indicators of the educational process. It was also
found that effective financial management is more important than the volume of funding itself. The findings of the
study contribute to the development of practical recommendations for improving financial management in educational
institutions.
