Abstract

This article analyzes the application of digital technologies in agriculture and their impact on
crop productivity and farm efficiency. The study examines both local and international scientific sources, highlighting
the potential of digital monitoring, remote sensing, AI-based yield forecasting, and “smart farming” systems in the
context of Uzbekistan. Comparative analysis with advanced international practices demonstrates the benefits and
challenges of digital technology adoption in farming. The findings show that digital tools can significantly contribute
to water resource optimization, stable yield growth, and enhanced competitiveness of farms. The results of this
research provide valuable insights for decision-making in agricultural management and accelerating digital
transformation in the sector.
