FIELD STUDIES TO DETERMINE SEDIMENT CAPACITY UNDER UNSTEADY FLOW CONDITIONS

It is important to determine the parameters of the moving dunes and the flow rate in
the bottom of the channel when solving problems related to the design and use of many earthen
channels. This article presents the results of experiments conducted under field conditions to
determine the sediment capacity in the form of a dunes in unstable flow conditions.
