SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL BASIS OF WOOL PRODUCTION AND ITS PRIMARY PROCESSING

The article considers the problems of studying the specific characteristics of wool, which is considered
the main raw material in the regions of Uzbekistan, determining the indicators of economic and social efficiency,
improving such technologies as wool washing, combing, chemical treatment in the technology of its processing, as
well as developing resource-saving, efficient machine designs on a scientific basis. Proposals and recommendations
have been developed on the state of the wool industry in the regions of Uzbekistan, the factors influencing it, and the
development of its diversification
