The article examines the application of the mechanism of public-private partnership in order to attract investments into the country's economy and develop entrepreneurship in the regions. It is the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the territory of advanced socio-economic development that is the main point of public-private partnership. The article shows the totality of economic processes in the modern market economy, the factors of the application of public-private partnership as mechanisms of innovative development of entrepreneurship
in the regions.
