This article provides a comprehensive study of organizational and economic mechanisms aimed at
increasing the economic efficiency of the communal services provision system. In the course of the research, the
current state of the housing and communal services sector is analyzed, existing problems and the factors contributing
to their emergence are identified, and the key causes leading to a decline in economic efficiency are determined. The
article reveals the essence of optimizing the management system, standardizing service delivery processes, enhancing
human resource capacity, economically justifying tariff policy, attracting investments, and implementing financial
incentive mechanisms. In addition, the interdependence between organizational and economic mechanisms is
substantiated, and it is scientifically proven that their integrated and coordinated application contributes to improving
the quality of communal services, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial sustainability. The research findings have
practical significance for further improving reforms implemented in the communal services sector and for ensuring
sustainable socio-economic development of regions.
