STATE AND MAIN DIRECTIONS OF IMPLEMENTING THE GREEN ECONOMY IN OUR COUNTRY

This article provides a scientific analysis of the current state of implementation of the green economy
in our country and its main directions of development. The main goal of the research is to reveal the essence of the
concept of a green economy, identify important trends in the process of its implementation in the national economy,
and assess existing problems and prospects. In the research process, methods of theoretical analysis, study of statistical
data, comparison, and logical generalization were used. The obtained results showed that the development of
renewable energy sources, increasing the efficiency of resource use, waste management, and the introduction of green
financing mechanisms are priority areas of the green economy in our country. At the same time, technological and
financial limitations, territorial disparities, and problems of institutional coordination were identified.
