Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of assessing the efficiency of the
organizational management structure of construction firms. The paper identifies the causes of inefficiency in the
existing management approaches and highlights the insufficient coverage of this issue in current scientific literature.
It is emphasized that assessing the financial condition of a company is a crucial stage in developing its strategic plan,
as it helps determine strengths and weaknesses and propose measures for improvement. Effective management
of construction enterprises requires a thorough analysis of financial and material resources, management costs,
and the search for optimization methods to increase profitability. The research findings can be applied to improve
the organizational structures of construction companies, enhance their competitiveness, and develop adaptive
management models suitable for modern market conditions
