Abstract

In this article, based on the results of a survey of 552 farmers and household farms in the Samarkand
region, the ANOVA test and the “Tobit” model were used to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the income
from cattle meat production using the STATA 17 program. As a result, proposals were developed to increase the
income from cattle meat production in farmers and household farms.
