Abstract

This article examines international requirements and recommendations for ensuring the sustainability of
commercial banks' resource bases, as presented by international organizations and experts. A system of indicators
characterizing the sustainability of commercial banks' resource bases from a risk perspective has been developed.
Recommendations are given for the inclusion of climate risks in the risk management and stress testing system as
indicators of the financial stability of banks when assessing the sustainability of the resource base of banks.
