The role and impact of digital technologies in the green economy

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the role of digital technologies in the development of a green economy and
their potential for application in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The article highlights the role of artificial intelligence
(AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics (Big Data), cloud computing and other digital solutions in ensuring
environmental sustainability based on international research. It shows that Uzbekistan has great potential in the
areas of solar energy, smart agriculture, water resources management and digital services. The article also provides
specific recommendations for implementing Uzbekistan's digital-green transformation based on short, medium
and long-term strategies.
