Abstract

This article examines the role of women scientists in the development of science, technology, and
innovation and their contribution to efficiency. The importance of women's activities in expanding scientific and
creative potential, implementing technological innovations in practice, and achieving socio-economic development
is analyzed. It also discusses the issues of ensuring gender equality in the scientific field, the role of women scientists
as role models in attracting the younger generation to science, and their active participation in the innovation
environment.
