Abstract

The management of the transition of technological paradigms is considered on the example of digital
transformations. An overview of the state of public administration of digital transformation in industry, the economy,
and the socio-cultural sphere is performed on the example of Russia. Digitalization has covered all areas of modern
society, and the organization of production relations in the modern era actualizes research in the field of public
administration, taking into account the development of «Society 5.0». The latter is associated with digitalization
at all levels. As a result, the management of technological paradigm transition is considered in terms of technical,
organizational, economic, institutional, and socio-cultural aspects.
