Abstract

This paper provides a conceptual analysis of the determinants of regional export potential using Uzbekistan as a representative emerging economy. Based on a review of international literature and policy documents, an analytical framework is developed that integrates economic, institutional, infrastructural, and logistical factors shaping regional export performance. The study shows that interregional disparities in export activity are driven by uneven infrastructure development, differences in institutional support, and variations in access to international markets. The findings highlight the need for differentiated, region-specific export policies.
