The article deals with the problem of finding hidden ruls by processing data using an intelligent system developed on the basis of artificial intelligence methods, as well as identifying wheat varieties with high grain quality based on the ruls found. As a result, the traits of wheat varieties providing high grain quality were determined, and based on these traits, generalized estimates of wheat varieties with high grain quality were calculated.
